Presents
Book to Trail Coastal Stroll
Sunday, May 1, 2022, 2 pm
Drawing inspiration from Robin Wall Kimmerer’s Braiding Sweetgrass, the library invites the community to a coastal stroll on the Headlands Trail.
We will walk along the trail for a ways, taking in the landscape of ocean flowers and grass that covers the coastal bluffs. Walkers are encouraged to bring a quote from Kimmerer’s book to share as we gather in a learning circle halfway down the trail.
Snacks provided at Trail’s End
Get your free copy of Braiding Sweetgrass at the Library (while supplies last) then join us for the stroll.
Meet at Noyo Headlands Coastal Trail parking area. Enter through Cypress Street gate and drive west to parking lot near the ocean.
