Join us and our special guest, Vicki Wellspring, of the Mendocino County Herb Guild, Coastal Pod, as we discuss three basic medicinal herbs; mullein, self-heal (prunella) & lemon balm. Included in the discussion will be how and when to grow medicinal herbs, how they can be used, saving herb seeds and more! While you're here, sample some tea, snacks and lotion made with medicinal herbs.
