Join Tom from Point Arena's Little Green Bean Roastery as he guides us on a journey through tasting coffee. Coffee cupping is the way roasters, baristas, and coffee connoisseurs taste the complex flavor profiles in various Arabica beans. Sweetness, acidity, smokiness, floral notes, chocolate, and fruit can all be found in coffee. The type of roast and where the beans are grown influence the flavors. It's marvelous what fruit tempered with fire and water can create, and you will leave with a deeper appreciation for your morning cup o' Joe.
