Blaire AuClair (Folk Life Farm) will be leading a make-and-take workshop on fermentation, a food preservation technique that is both healthful and delicious! This will be a hands-on experience and may get a little messy, so please dress appropriately.

At this point, we plan on making pickles and sauerkraut, depending on ingredient availability. 

This program is geared for adults and young adults, and is offered at no cost to you.

*Because we need to purchase supplies for the workshop, we ask that you sign up beforehand. Class size is limited.
Please stop by the Round Valley Branch Library to register or call 707 983-6736 during regular business hours (10-5 Tuesday through Saturday, until 7 PM on Thursday) to get your name on the class roster. If you need to cancel, let us know so we can notify someone on the waitlist!
